I'm Back

I've decided to continue blogging for a bit during my pregnancy. I know I have not blogged in quite a long time! I just thought it might be nice to have somewhere to record my thoughts and feelings during the next 5 months.

So a quick update. I've just recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary, and in June Mark and I were surprised to find out that I was pregnant! What a shock that was! And what was I going to do about school?! I still have two more years left in the Elementary Education program. *Sigh* After much thinking and debating I've decided to go back to school for this semester only and go back part-time while the baby is little.

Today I am 16 weeks pregnant and 1 day. Yesterday I was able to hear our little baby's heartbeat for the second time :) Our baby has a pretty fast heart rate of 160 bpm. I'm really looking forward to having an ultrasound! We're booked for September 12th, only a couple weeks away!
